I mean, as it is, I have to take an image, shrink it down to something tolerable then blow it up so each pixel is 16X16 (so i can use gimp to replace each with a minecraft block). You still have to do the legwork of putting the thing together, it just knocks out some steps for spriting etc. Find pic, click button, program determines gradients etc and replaces with the appropriate block. That'd be wonderful, coming from someone who is a prolific spriter (check my submitted). I would be quite grateful, as would the spriting community:P.
I have a tileset here that has the shadowed/normal version of every tile linked here for your convenience: keep in mind there is also the tops (which cannot be used to shade), so in essence, theres two palettes, on the ground (flat) or standing up (tall). The tall can utilize the shading and recessed blocks. Flat does not. Hope that helps. This looks awesome!
Exactly what I've been looking for!
